Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact

Refund Process

• Refunds are initiated once the returned item passes quality inspection
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
• Refunds are credited to the original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

Customized products, discounted items, or products showing signs of use are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
