Refunds are initiated only after the returned product has been received and successfully passes our quality inspection process. Products must meet the return eligibility criteria as outlined in our Returns Policy.
Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. This includes credit/debit cards, UPI, or other supported payment options.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item passes inspection. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account.
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if the product shows signs of use or damage not reported at the time of delivery. Delays may occur due to banking processes beyond our control.
